Stay at Home Mom
Sometimes I think it rather funny that I am considered a stay at home mom with seven kids. I am very rarely at home. Today was different though. The Catholic school was out of school today, so no early getting around and out the door. There was a funeral at another parish so we didn't have Mass. I went to my holy hour this afternoon and when I got home took the five youngest to the park. We had a lot of fun. I always tend to think I am not very good at cleaning and keeping the house picked up, but the truth is when I am home I can get a lot done.

Thanks Lisa, I think most of our days were intended to be more like this one. I really don't think God wants us to live at such a frantic pace all the time. One of my very favorite quotes from the Bible is "Be still and know that I am God".

I thought of you today as I had my kiddos at the park. We enjoyed a beautiful day here in Oklahoma.
